The last year has seen an unprecedented situation dealing with COVID-19 and the Delta and Omicron Variants. There are multiple vaccines and boosters available. However, in the last month and weeks, we have seen a spike in positive cases locally that affect people we know and love. In the interest of protecting our own families and yours, we ask you to understand we are, again, limiting in-person appointments for the 2022 tax season. While we watch the infection rate and decide on how to proceed, we are looking to the future and make sure you will get the same excellent service from Gleason Tax Advisory. We can handle non-contact drop-offs, emailing documents, mailing documents and faxing. As much as we miss you all, we want to keep everyone safe. We can make this work. 

As vaccines and boosters are rolled out, and a more significant number of people start receiving them, we sincerely hope we can resume in-person appointments and pick-ups. Until then we will keep our eyes on the ever-changing landscape and let you know as things change here. Whether you are an existing or new client we will make it work and keep everyone safe at the same time.

Methods of Delivery

Gleason Tax Advisory continually develops new delivery methods for our clients to make tax time as seamless as possible. During Covid, we ask, that we limit the amount of in-person contacts until infection rates stabilize in our area. What follows are all our methods of delivery to make it easier for you to get your documents to us. We encourage you to make an appointment online for conference calls or virtual meetings so we can block out those times for you.

We will still have open drop-off times available if you just want to drop documents off in our dropbox. We just ask that if there is someone ahead of you please wait until they have departed until you drop them off. Otherwise, we have digital methods of delivery available.

If we need any signatures from you, we can set up a non-contact signature appointment, mail documents to you or set up digital signatures through email. Our goal is to make these trying times as convenient as possible while keeping everyone healthy and safe.
