In January of 2017, I took the shop over from Pat and had to do all of the required steps to establish the LLC, paperwork for NYS, payroll, etc. Through the guidance and support of Gleason Tax Advisory, I was able to plan ahead in the fall of 2016 to be sure that when I took the shop over, the transition would go smoothly... I can have the peace of mind that Gleason Tax Advisory is watching out for me and taking care of things behind the scenes so that I can operate a successful business. I never have to worry that I’m missing something or that at the end of the year, I’ll have to scramble to figure things out. We keep on track and can project out what my needs will be."
